Church Street Preschool Administrative Assistant * Part time position * 9-12 hours per week * Burnsville, NC *Beginning August 3, 2015 The administrative assistant will report to the preschool director and will be responsible for duties including: * communicating with parents by responding to telephone calls and emails * processing tuition and bookkeeping * fundraising * scholarship allocations and monthly reports * filing monthly tax forms * other duties and responsibilities as assigned by director The job will be part time, with hours to be set with preschool director. Successful applicants must have: * strong technology and office skills * strong communication and interpersonal skills * strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Previous experience working with public relations and/or bookkeeping is desirable.
